    MUSTARD & HERB POTATO SALAD

    Description

    Side salads don’t have to be bland. With freshly chopped chives, parsley, dill and our mustard vinaigrette this potato salad makes for a quick, easy and flavor-packed addition to the dinner table.

    Instructions

    1. Put potatoes into a saucepan and cover with water. Season with salt and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for about 10 minutes until potatoes are tender.
    2. In a large bowl, whisk the mustard and vinegar together and slowly pour in the oil. Add chopped herbs and whisk together.
    3. Add potatoes to bowl and toss together with herbs and dressing.
    4. Place potatoes into a serving dish and sprinkle with green onions.

    What you'll need

    1 lb cleaned and scrubbed of Albert Bartlett Blonde Bella Potatoes

    Dressing: 1 tbsp whole grain mustard, 1 tbsp white wine vinegar and 4 tbsp olive oil

    Herbs: 2 tbsp each of fresh chopped chives, fresh chopped parsley and fresh chopped dill

    1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced

    Salt & pepper to taste

    CHESAPEAKE BAY SKEWERS

    CHESAPEAKE BAY SKEWERS

    Description

    All it takes to turn your next backyard cookout into a bayside barbeque is the slip of a skewer and a dash of the right seasoning. Grilled to perfection, this combination of smoked sausage and veggies is sure to please the omnivore in anyone.

    Instructions

    1. Boil potatoes for 6-8 minutes until almost tender. While potatoes are boiling soak wooden skewers in water.
    2. Microwave corn for 30 seconds to make easier to put on skewer.
    3. Toss peppers, corn, zucchini and potatoes in 1/4 stick melted butter and Chesapeake Bay seasoning, save unused butter.
    4. Skewer all vegetables and sausage alternating ingredients. Grill on medium-high heat for 6-9 minutes till sausage is cooked.
    5. Remove from grill and brush with remaining melted butter and seasoning mixture.

    What you'll need

    1 bag boiled whole of Albert Bartlett Blonde Bella Potatoes

    1 Red Pepper and 1 Orange Pepper, cut 1 inch squares

    2 tbsp Chesapeake Bay style seasoning

    1/4 cup butter, melted

    1 smoked sausage, cut 1 inch rounds

    2 medium zucchinis and 2 small ears of corn, cut 1.5 inch rounds

    Wooden or metal skewers
